With nearly 15 years of experience in HR, I have worked on a fair share of strategic HR challenges. Having spent the first two years in the business as Brand Manager, I understand how a business operates and what the needs of employees are when it comes to HR.
I easily build relationships, can quickly analyze what the 'jobs to be done' are and have a strong intuitive feel for talent. Whenever I start a new assignment, I gather my thoughts around the Skills, Culture, Organization and Talent needs to quickly shape my agenda.
I am familiar with matrix structures and I enjoy multi-national environments.
Assignments that excite me most typically include core HR Business Partner tasks, such as Transformations, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Talent Management and mostly, being a day-to day sparring partner to the business leaders I'd partner.
