Willemijn is one of the smartest and most human HR people I have worked with. She was my Global HR lead for a number of years and designed and executed a people strategy that built a unique and positive organisational culture. Willemijn is particularly strong on helping leaders find and live their purpose, talent development, performance coaching and really getting to the heart of an issue.
